The annual survey, produced in association with AON McLagan Investment Services, asks clients to assess the services that they receive from fund administrators in a number of categories.
BNP Paribas Securities Services has achieved outperformer status overall, as well for the vast majority of categories – placing second overall for prime custody and fund accounting, and maintaining its track record of strong scores in core areas such as operations, investor services, and reporting capabilities.
Diarmuid Ryan, Global Head of Hedge Fund Services at BNP Paribas Securities Services, said:
“First and foremost, we would like to once again express our gratitude to clients who took the time to respond to this important survey. The insights provided are key to understanding how we can further enhance the client experience, at a time where administrators are moving up the value chain from classic service provider to a business partner that can support and enable growth.
We are confident that the daily effort to service our clients and their investors in an accurate, helpful and responsive manner across the globe, along with the sustained efforts to advance our product and technology offering, will continue to pay off as we progress our objectives to grow the business.”
The results follow a number of recent successes for the BNP Paribas Securities Services’ Hedge Fund Services business, including being named best fund administrator for alternatives at The Asset’s 2019 Triple A & Benchmark Awards earlier this year, in addition to picking up awards at the HFM European and HFM Asia Hedge Fund Services Awards 2019 for “Best Administrator – Fund of Hedge Funds”.
