We are constantly looking for new ways to improve your experience with BNP Paribas Securities Services (BP2S) and place great importance on the protection of your personal data.

In this regard, to provide you with greater transparency on the processing of your personal data we carry out, we hereby inform you that we have made changes to our Data Protection Notice.

The main changes are related to :

  • The categories and sources of personal data that we collect (directly and indirectly) and use ;
  • Some purposes for which we carry out processing of your personal data: in particular, we have specified the purposes of our research and development (R&D) activities ;
  • Clarification of the lawful bases on which we carry out our processing of your personal data, in particular in the context of the use of legitimate interest ;
  • The way we may share your data within the BNP Paribas Group and/or with third parties (including when they are located outside the European Union) and why we do so.
