As part of this mandate, BNP Paribas Securities Services will assist Humanis Gestion d’Actifs with the production of financial and regulatory reports required by Solvency II, helping the asset manager provide Humanis Group with information needed to comply with the directive.
This new mandate strengthens the partnership between Humanis and BNP Paribas Securities Services, which began more than ten years ago.
Gilles de Margerie, Deputy CEO of the Humanis Group, said: “We were looking for a solution that would enable us to meet Solvency II’s requirements for Humanis Group effectively. We selected BNP Paribas Securities Services, which is also our sole custodian, for its in-depth expertise in helping financial institutions adapt to the directive.”
Franck Dubois, Head of BNP Paribas Securities Services France, commented: “We are delighted to have been selected by Humanis Group for our Solvency II services. This represents the extension of a long-standing partnership. Our risk analysis and performance teams have developed a strong expertise in data management, which helps ensure the data we compile for our clients meet the quality and traceability required by the directive.”
