Euronext, a single point of entry

The Belgian market is an integral part of our Euronext clearing and custody solution. In collaboration with our colleagues in Paris, Lisbon and Amsterdam, we bring together local market support and expertise. The Brussels team remains responsible for the close follow-up of all market events and changes (tax, regulation, supervision) that can impact our clients’ activities.
 

Issuer services

We provide corporate trust capabilities, covering debt services and securitisation and structured services, enabling us to be the main paying agent for a handful of corporate and institutional issuers.

Global Custody

Our Global Custody platform supplies centralised efficiencies combined with local market expertise and close client support. 

Fund Administration and Middle Office

We provide a comprehensive range of services for fund accounting and compliance to our local clients. Brussels office is the European Trade Processing Hub for all listed products and part of the global chain which enables BNP Paribas Securities Services to provide a 24 hour service.

This service will be completed by Investment Reporting & Performance solutions by the end of 2010. Accurate tools to measure and analyse the performance of the portfolios will be developed to meet asset managers’ needs

Our local Investment Reporting & Performance team offers accurate tools to measure and analyse the performance of the portfolios, available at the clients requested frequency, to meet asset managers’ needs.

Market and Financing Services

We offer a full financing services, with securities lending and borrowing, cash financing, cash management, dealing services and collateral management for OTC derivatives to help our clients optimizing their liquidity management.
